Over the course of my pregnancy I have purchased several new items. Some I have used and some I have not. I will be doing product reviews in the future. I use products for at least one month before I feel I'm able to give an accurate review. Below is a list of the products I have purchased.
1. GVP Conditioner Compare to Paul Mitchell's The Conditioner
2. Aussie Moist 3 Minute Miracle Deeep Conditioner
3. Aussie Moist Split-End Protector
4. African Shea Butter
Have you used any of these product? Share your thoughts on them below!
I love the Aussie Moist Split End Protector. It works great on the ends of my hair and as an all over moisturizer. My ends were looking a little damaged to me and this product really helped them a lot.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your reply. I look forward to trying this product. I have read that it is comparable to Herbal Essence Long Term Relationship's Split End Protector.
DeleteYou're welcome. I would say it is very comparable to HE Long Term Relationship. I purchased it because I couldn't find HE, and I was happy with it! I hope you enjoy!
DeleteShea butter is a nice sealant in the LOC method for me, it also keeps my new growth soft! I have been wanting to try the PM the conditioner GvP products aren't sold in my country :(
ReplyDeleteI think I will try it that was as well. Thanks for the idea!
DeleteThe GVP brand of the PM Conditioner used to be my staple leave-in conditioner when I was relaxed bone straight. My texlaxed hair hated it.
ReplyDeleteBefore my hair became super silicone sensitive, my hair liked the Aussie 3 minute. Made my hair really soft. I have tried shea butter, but no matter what I do, it never seems to absorb into my hair.
I plan to make a a whipped butter mix. I'm hoping it will make the product absorb better.
DeleteI have some African shea butter, but I don't know what to do with it. Im interested in how you are using yours.

I plan to use it for some medium two strand twist. I'm hoping that it will prevent the twist from unraveling while at the same time keep them moisturized.
